Shipping Policy

These are the terms and conditions for our Shipping Policy.

Packages are shipped through USPS via Priority Mail. We ship to addresses within the US only. Transit times vary for each state, but typically USPS delivers within 2-3 business days with priority mail. Once picked up and scanned in by the carrier, we are unable to control shipping speeds and we do not assume responsibility for packages lost or stolen in transit. All orders will be processed within 3-5 business days.

Orders will ship every Monday or Tuesday of every week to lessen the risk of packages sitting in hot warehouses over the weekend during transit. All orders will be shipped out of Miami, FL.

All shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping charges for orders will be based on weight, dimensions and destination and will be calculated and displayed at checkout. If there is an address discrepancy, or a package is returned due to incorrect information being entered, you are responsible for paying the shipping cost for us to resend it to the correct address. All packages are insured with priority mail to guarantee safe delivery by USPS.

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). Please ensure that the mailing address is entered correctly. Glossy Boss Luv by Jayden Courtney is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address. If an incorrect address has been submitted, please contact us immediately at customercare@glossybossluv.com. It is imperative that we are contacted before item(s) ship to accommodate any address changes. We do not ship with

signature confirmation. Shipping carriers may leave packages at your door or in a mailbox. Glossy Boss Luv by Jayden Courtney is not responsible for damaged/stolen packages. If your item is damaged, lost or missing, you must contact the shipping carrier for a refund or file a claim.
